You will be designated an Area Surveyor whose role is to ensure that any repairs and maintenance issues that are the responsibility of Hall & Woodhouse are carried out effectively. During your first 12 weeks your Area Surveyor will carry out an inspection of the property with you.
Every 12 months, Hall & Woodhouse will conduct an Annual Property Inspection with you. This will include an inspection and condition survey of the pub, inspection of all statutory certification and required compliance in areas such as gas, electrics and fire risk assessments, all of which are your responsibility. This inspection will highlight any remedial works you are required to complete in order to meet the repairing obligations of your Business Partner Agreement.
Hall & Woodhouse operate a 24 hour, 7 day a week Maintenance Help Desk through which all maintenance issues are logged. This ensures that each call is tracked from start to completion and that each Business Partner receives an efficient and timely maintenance service.
